   Behdad Moghaddasi performed in Germany and Canada in addition to his concerts in the United States. His unique compositions result from attention to different kinds of  Western music - particularly  contemporary pop and classical music,
as well as the traditional music of Iran.

This program will feature selections from Behdad's
new CD, including his originial compositions as well as the
Concierto de Aranjuez,  with Mackenzie Carlson, piano.

        Praised for his remarkable talent and richness of sound,  Christopher Ladd is rapidly becoming known throughout  the country as one of the most promising young classical  guitarists.
He has won numerous competitions including  the American String Teachers Association regional competition held in
 Richmond, Virginia and the Appalachian Guitar Festival
Solo Competition in Boone, North Carolina, and
for two years in a row, he was named a semi-finalist in the prestigious Guitar Foundation of America International Competition.
